Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering full tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers.

Responsibilities include growing the local client base, leveraging marketing support, and building long-term relationships while maintaining high service standards in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years' experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Must be onsite at TurboTax location; 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a public face and attract new clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns and planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships.
