Intuit seeks highly motivated individuals to join our year-round TurboTax Retail team at a Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes.

As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you’ll provide full service tax return prep, advice, and software support on-site, while growing the local client base and delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience within a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes; state licenses may be required.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Lead discovery sessions, optimize deductions, and offer future tax planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build local client relationships.
