Job summary

Intuit seeks on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and product support while building local relationships.

This year-round, non-exempt role emphasizes community engagement, growth of the client base, and delivering exceptional customer experiences using TurboTax tools. California locations offer competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail location, Sunday through Saturday, minimum 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and help grow TurboTax’s local client base.
