Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, including California. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering personal tax preparation, tax advice, and software support in a friendly, community-focused setting.

You will grow TurboTax’s local client base, lead outreach efforts, and partner with marketing to make taxes approachable for customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience preparing 30+ federal and state tax returns per season using professional software.
• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and grow the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
