Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dynamic TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support while building strong community relationships.

This non-exempt role requires active tax credentials, PTIN, and at least 3 seasons of return filing. California-based pay ranges and performance-based rewards accompany a flexible weekend schedule.

Qualifications

  • Active EA, CPA, or attorney with tax preparation experience.
  • Must have a valid PTIN to file taxes.
  • Able to obtain related state licenses, permits, or bonds.
  • Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
  • Familiarity with Circular 230.
  • Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, including weekends, minimum 20 hours/week.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
  • Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

  • Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for customers.
  • Assist with local marketing and building client relationships.
  • Interact with customers in-person and via TurboTax tools and CRM.
