Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax - Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in California. You will provide in-person tax preparation, expert guidance, and personalized advice to help customers maximize refunds and minimize liabilities.

You will be a community ambassador, building trust, generating new client relationships, and supporting marketing efforts in your local area. This role is non-exempt and requires onsite presence.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license is required or preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, engaging with prospects and converting them to long‑term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, including complex tax scenarios.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, build trust, and grow TurboTax client relationships in the local community.
