Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to perform on-site tax return preparation and advisory at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a team of tax professionals to serve in-person and virtual clients, building a complete financial picture for each customer.

The role emphasizes end-to-end service, from discovery to filings and planning, with opportunities to connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem. Training and technology support are provided.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years handling 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 8:00–17:00, M–F, at least 20 hours/week.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Lead discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Grow local client base and build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning teams.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in‑person and virtually.
