Zusammenfassung

Intuit is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to staff on-site locations across the United States. You will handle full-service tax returns, deliver expert advice, and connect clients with a broader team for comprehensive financial solutions.

You will also grow the local TurboTax client base, participate in community events, and ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for customers, using Intuit tools and resources to support client goals.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to work onsite and average 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador and drive new client growth and relationships.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via virtual tools.
