Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at new TurboTax locations across the United States.

The role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help clients navigate tax needs, both in person and virtually, and to grow the local client base with support from TurboTax marketing tools. You will work onsite from a TurboTax location, delivering hands-on tax return preparation, planning, and software support while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Licensed status or active credentials preferred (EA/CPA/Att).
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation (30+ 1040s per season).
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base via outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, etc.).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
