Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site from a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax return preparation and expert advice for individuals and small businesses. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning support.

You will build local relationships, attract new clients, and drive loyalty through personalized service and community engagement, in a fast-paced, customer‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required and strong tax preparation experience.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll advisory with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions, reviews, and optimize deductions.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience for clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base in local community and networks.
