Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at local TurboTax locations. You will build a client base, host community events, and coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end financial services, including bookkeeping and payroll.

Onsite at a TurboTax location, you will support personal and small business tax scenarios while growing your local presence.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location (min. 20 hrs/week).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handle simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and professional service.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
