Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support for in-person and virtual clients, acting as a trusted advisor in everyday language. You’ll collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions, grow the local client base, and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
• Upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience by connecting clients to integrated solutions.
