Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns at a local TurboTax office nationwide. You will engage with customers, uncover deductions, and guide them toward favorable outcomes with plain-language explanations.

The role emphasizes building a local client base, organizing financial literacy events, and expanding awareness of Intuit ecosystem across services while collaborating with marketing resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 returns filed per season with software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to complete required compliance and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns for simple to complex situations.
• Uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan for the future.
• Build a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Represent TurboTax as a local brand and drive community engagement.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
