Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide expert tax advice and tax preparation services at local TurboTax offices. You will leverage tax knowledge to optimize refunds, educate clients, and drive local growth through outreach and community events.

You will serve as the local face of TurboTax, partnering with marketing and service teams to build trust and brand presence while working onsite during standard hours. A strong tax background and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credential and active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation for 30+ returns per season.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan for future taxes.
• Build a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and educate clients on Intuit solutions.
