Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a local TurboTax location, delivering tax preparation, advice, and software support to individuals and small businesses.

You’ll grow the local client base and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to provide end-to-end service. Ideal candidates are experienced tax professionals (EA/CPA/attorney) with PTIN, strong client service, and willingness to engage the community, events, and marketing

Formación

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms; advertising use of your name/photo.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare tax returns for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Lead local marketing efforts and grow the client base through community outreach.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Build ongoing relationships to convert one-time clients into long-term customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
