Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training, wear uniforms, and participate in marketing.
• Bilingual EN/ES skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, etc.).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and professional service in-person and via TurboTax tools.
