Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador and local business owner, growing the local TurboTax client base.
• Bridge clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to deliver year-round support.
