Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Complete all required training and development as directed.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may appear in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep for TurboTax clients.
• Develop local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping or payroll.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and solve tax challenges.
