Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through tax needs and empowering positive financial outcomes with Intuit resources.

You will drive local growth, organize community events, and connect customers with Intuit solutions. Onsite hours, mandatory training, and uniforms support a professional, growth-oriented role within Intuit’s TurboTax network.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Must have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional prep software.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds; provide future tax planning advice.
• Lead local outreach as a community ambassador and drive market growth through outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
• Build relationships with clients and deliver best-in-class customer experience to ensure long-term loyalty.
• Work onsite 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, at least 20 hours per week; participate in required training and wear uniforms.
