Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new locations in the United States.

You will serve clients in-person and virtually, providing full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support while integrating with the broader Intuit ecosystem. You will be the trusted guide for clients, helping with personal and business taxes, planning, and connecting them to related services.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to work onsite, 20+ hours weekly, during tax season.
• Upskilling into additional service types offered by Intuit.
• Comfort with wearing uniforms and representing Intuit publicly.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams within Intuit ecosystem.
• Build lasting client relationships and ensure a seamless end-to-end experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries across channels.
