Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, preparing taxes, providing guidance, and helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes within the Intuit mission to power prosperity. You’ll grow the TurboTax client base in your community, attract new clients, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing and software tools to build a thriving local practice.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses/certificates/permits.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns filing using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, including Sundays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers (simple to complex).
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
