Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location, serving on-site and virtual clients.

You will connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and Credit Karma resources while building relationships and growing the local customer base. The role emphasizes understanding each client’s financial picture, offering personalized tax strategies, and delivering a seamless Intuit experience

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and compliance requirements.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office 20+ hours weekly, 8:00–17:00 hours.
• Completion of required training and potential cross-training of products.
• Intuit uniform policy; willingness to use name/picture for advertising.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and building local/online presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; strong client communication.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond simple filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan for future taxes.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to serve clients end‑to‑end.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience both in-person and via video tools.
