Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to serve clients on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support while building local relationships and expanding the client base.

The role emphasizes community engagement and helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes, with flexibility to balance hours and marketing support from TurboTax.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers on-site.
• Grow TurboTax client base by attracting new clients and building long-term relationships.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using tax software and government resources in clear, everyday language.
• Contribute to a best-in-class customer experience and help clients meet financial goals.
