Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver expert tax preparation and client advisory services at a local TurboTax office. You will engage with clients in person, provide personalized tax guidance, and help grow the local market through outreach and community events.

Ideal candidates are Enrolled Agents, CPAs, or attorneys with strong tax knowledge, able to work onsite, and willing to expand into bookkeeping and payroll services.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred for tax expertise.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business scenarios.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, review deductions, minimize tax liabilities, and offer year‑end planning.
• Build a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; be the local TurboTax face.
• Promote Intuit ecosystem by guiding clients to related services and products.
