Valleybrook Country Club invites an energetic Tavern Server/Bartender to join our team. You will craft and serve beverages, assist guests with a warm, professional touch, and help maintain a polished bar area within the club.

Qualifications

A thorough understanding of fine and casual dining.
Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.
Possess excellent customer service skills.
Must be dependable.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to operate computerized cash register system.

Responsibilities

Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Provide prompt and efficient customer service.
Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including glassware.
Maintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area(s), glassware and equipment.
Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are followed.
Learn the names of regulars and recognize them.
Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to ensure best service.
Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks.
