Job summary

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol.
• TABC Certification or equivalent required, as applicable.
• Previous serving, bartending, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine/beer/spirits.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and members with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Take orders, offer menu recommendations, and upsell where appropriate.
• Prepare, mix, garnish, and serve beverages per recipes and safety standards.
• Serve food and drinks promptly with accuracy and presentation.
• Verify age and ID before serving alcohol according to law and policy.
• Process payments using cash, credit, or POS systems.
• Maintain clean, organized bar and dining areas; restock as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely service.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Support events, tournaments, or banquets as needed.
