Responsibilities

• Assist in promoting the sale of wine and non-wine products.
• Transact sales using POS and reconcile daily sales.
• Ensure tasting room and inventory areas are clean and stocked.
• Describe wines and winery history to guests.
• Assign duties and monitor quality of work.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and oversee staff.
• Maintain awareness of team activities and address issues.
• Prepare bar area and conduct tastings with guests.
• Monitor and communicate inventory needs.
• Attend departmental meetings.
