Responsibilities

• Review event orders to understand menu and service sequence.
• Set up function rooms and service areas before events.
• Inspect equipment before, during, and after functions.
• Report deviations from standards to supervisor.
• Inventory supplies at shift start and prepare needed quantities.
• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages as required.
• Check plates for accuracy and presentation before service.
• Serve food and beverages and replenish as needed.
• Monitor guests and respond to requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Control guest alcohol consumption for safety.
• Clear tables and break down rooms after events.
• Complete end-of-shift duties.
• Assist colleagues to ensure top service quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
