Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or five years of operations, hospitality, or retail management experience.
• Experience with inventory, cost control, and payroll processes.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory control systems; proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Knowledge of ABC laws, health and safety, and labor compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build, publish, and maintain staff schedules for all Tasting Room positions.
• Own daily operational execution including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Verify timecards, attendance, overtime, and payroll processing.
• Oversee wine, food, and merchandise inventory and vendor coordination.
• Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training for servers and barbacks.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
