Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years winery hospitality or related sales experience.
• 1+ year in a lead supervisory role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, numerical, and computer skills.
• Ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise tasting room staff, scheduling, and group tastings.
• Open/close shifts and handle cash reconciliation.
• Support communications and training for staff.
• Promote Wine Club memberships to increase sales.
• Sell wine and retail products to meet sales goals.
• Assist with promotions, events, and inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness and aesthetic standards in the tasting room.
