A luxury vineyard in Napa is seeking an Assistant Tasting Room Manager to lead operations, enhance guest experiences, and mentor staff. Candidates should have extensive experience in the luxury hospitality sector, particularly in wine service, and possess strong leadership and sales skills. Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury hospitality experience in a tasting room, hotel, restaurant, or retail setting.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L and labor planning.
• Level I Sommelier or willingness to get it.
