Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college in business/marketing/public relations preferred.
• Proven sales results in wine industry or similar.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an outstanding and unique experience. Greet guests warmly and inform them about Mumm Napa’s history and wines.
• Educate guests on wine production and styles; promote wine club and products.
• Assist with reservations for restaurants, hotels, and other wineries; host tastings for guests, trade, VIPs or club members.
• Support hospitality events, wine tastings, and VIP luncheons/dinners; participate in staff meetings.
