Job summary

The Donum Estate in Sonoma, CA is seeking a Hospitality Assistant to support daily tasting room operations. You will wash and restock glassware, assist in tastings and tours, greet guests, and help transport wine orders while upholding cleanliness and safety standards.

This on-site role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18, and have previous restaurant or winery experience. Food handler certification and, if needed, RB certificate are expected.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent and age 18+ required.
• Previous experience in restaurant or winery setting required.
• Food Handler Certification and RB Handler’s Certificate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Wash and restock glassware, flatware and plateware.
• Assist in the set-up and breakdown of tastings and tours.
• Greet and welcome guests to The Donum Estate.
• Assist with pouring wine and setting group tastings when needed.
• Transport wine orders to vehicles as needed.
• Support member lounge during tours and events.
• Inspect restrooms and maintain cleanliness.
