Job summary

HALL Family Wines in Sonoma, CA is seeking an on-call WALT Back Staff member to help with tours, set-up, and tastings. Tasks include restaurant-style service, glassware prep, wine stocking, and cleaning throughout shifts.

Applicants must be 21+, have hospitality experience ( winery/restaurant preferred), and agree to random drug testing and background checks. Compensation is $20 per hour, with gratuities and eligibility for benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
• Experience in hospitality, winery setting preferred.
• Willing to undergo random drug testing and background check.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions to set up, service and tear down tours and events.
• Prepare food items, menus, glassware and all setup for public tours.
• Clean during and after tours and events (kitchens, restrooms, seating areas, etc).
• Wash and polish glassware, dishes and silverware.
• Ensure sufficient supplies are in place (glasses, china, wine, etc).
• Maintain equipment and report any issues or replacements.
