Job summary

HALL Family Wines in St. Helena, CA is seeking a Back Staff member to support tour operations and tasting room service. Responsibilities include setting up tour spaces, preparing food accompaniments, washing glassware and stocking wines.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and willingness to undergo background checks and random drug testing. Excellent attendance and flexibility for evenings and weekends are needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred in a winery or restaurant.
• Must be willing to undergo random drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Set up, service, and teardown of tours and events as directed by management.
• Prepare food items, glassware, and all setup for public tours throughout the day.
• Clean and maintain kitchens, restrooms, outdoor areas, walkways, offices and equipment.
• Wash and polish glassware, dishes and silverware and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Ensure equipment is in good working order and safe for guests.
