Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service, fulfillment, or sales roles.
• Basic wine knowledge and ability to describe wines.
• Must possess a valid California Food Handler Certificate.
• Must possess and maintain a California Responsible Beverage Server Training Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide information on wines, merchandise, and venue history.
• Serve wine samples and process transactions at the POS.
• Stock and price wine and merchandise; maintain clean tasting room areas.
• Promote wine clubs and upcoming events; assist with special events.
