Job summary

Tasting Room Expo is seeking a part-time Tasting Room Associate to manage daily tasting room duties and act as a brand ambassador. You will handle on-premise and online orders using software and engage customers and potential wine club members.

You will support events, wine club billing, and member communications, with competitive base pay, commissions on activations, and tips. Must be 21+ with OLCC and Food Handler permits, and capable of lifting 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Creative, flexible, and positive team player with professional demeanor.
• Availability to work weekends and occasional evenings; able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain OLCC serving and Food Handler's permit.

Overall Functions:

• Perform daily duties to operate tasting room and function as on-premise brand ambassador.
• Proficiently use software to process on-premise and online orders.
• Create, grow and use email database, phone calls, and correspondence to communicate with customers and potential wine club members.
• Assist with special events and other tasting room activities such as wine club billing, shipping, and communication with existing and potential wine club members.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service in addition to written and oral communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
• Creative, flexible, and innovative team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor and appearance.
• Available to work weekends and occasional evenings.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain both OLCC serving and Food Handler's permit.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
