What You'll Do
- Deliver world‑class hospitality to every tasting room visitor
- Set up and host seated wine tastings with an eye for detail and presentation
- Bring our wines to life through engaging, authentic storytelling
- Hit sales metrics including sales goals, average ticket, and wine club conversion
- Open and close the tasting room accurately and consistently
- Keep tasting areas safe, sanitized, and guest‑ready at all times
- Restock wine and merchandise — organizing, tagging, and stocking as needed
- Pack outgoing orders and process wine club pick‑ups
- Use our POS system to process purchases and capture guest contact info
- Field inbound calls — booking reservations, answering questions, and routing messages to the right person
- Partner with teammates to solve guest service issues on the spot
- Handle daily housekeeping (washing/buffing stemware, sweeping, etc.)
- Support events, wine club periods, and marketing initiatives as needed
- Take ownership of the tasting room’s flow, guest experience, and brand standards each shift
What You Bring
- Prior experience in high‑end retail, customer service, or client‑based sales
- A passion for wine — prior wine knowledge isn’t required, but enthusiasm to learn is
- Professional, polished communication skills, both verbal and written
- A creative, strategic mindset with a genuine desire to help people
- A track record of reliability, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Comfort with a role that shifts direction and pace throughout the day

Requirements
- Must have or be willing to obtain an OLCC Alcohol Server’s Permit
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler’s Card
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods and walk 10,000+ steps per shift
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, push, and crouch daily
- Must be available to work some weekends, evenings, and holidays (not every weekend/evening required)
Schedule & Pay
Schedule: Regular part‑time, up to 30 hours/week depending on business needs, weekend shifts are a must
Pay: Hourly base + individual tips + spiffs
