Cave Ridge Vineyard is seeking a friendly Tasting Room Associate to deliver excellent customer service and wine education to guests in a part-time, in-person role in Mount Jackson, VA. You will pour and explain wines, restock inventory, assist with a light food menu, and handle sales at the POS system while supporting events.

Requirements include weekend availability (at least two Saturdays a month), the ability to lift 35 lbs and stand for long periods, and prior employment references.

Qualificações

• Strong customer service skills required.
• Knowledge of wine and hospitality is a plus.
• Experience in wine or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to multi-task and work well with others.
• Must have basic computer skills.

Overview

We are seeking friendly and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Tasting Room Associate. As a Tasting Room Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and wine education to our guests. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for wine and hospitality.

*We are NOT hiring for weekday positions at this time.

*Availability of a minimum of two Saturdays a month required.

*Must be able to lift 35lbs.

*Must be able to stand for lengthy periods of time.

*Must provide previous employment references.
