Job summary

Ivy Hospitality is seeking a Task Force General Manager to drive operational excellence across Midwest hotels. You will lead property teams, optimize processes, and elevate guest satisfaction while improving financial performance.

Based in Indiana or nearby regions with frequent travel, you will develop and execute strategic plans, monitor budgets, mentor leaders, and ensure service standards align with Ivy’s culture and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel industry experience, with at least two years at General Manager level.
• Brand experience with Marriott and Hilton preferred.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities.
• Residence in Indiana or Ohio, ideally Indianapolis-Columbus region.

Responsibilities

• Function as the primary strategic leader of the assigned hotel with responsibility for all aspects of the operations, including guest and associate satisfaction, employee relations, financial performance, and sales and revenue generation.
• Develop quick and accurate assessments about the overall health of an assigned property and leverage the assessment to develop strategies that optimize the operation.
• Make key decisions, oversee execution of strategies, and ensure resources are available to all team members.
• Provide leadership and mentorship reflecting Ivy Hospitality's core values and cultivate leaders within the organization.
• Set clear expectations for property leadership teams and ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee and maintain accurate operations reporting and record-keeping at property and corporate levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop revenue growth strategies and sales programs.
