Job summary

Ivy Hospitality is seeking an Operations Manager in Richmond, Indiana to maximize hotel operations, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. You will lead front desk, housekeeping, reservations, and maintenance teams, drive revenue through ADR optimization, and ensure adherence to company SOPs and brand standards.

In this role, you will mentor staff, manage schedules and expenses, and collaborate with Sales and Operating departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences while

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in hotel operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel management software.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the hotel for up to four hours at a time.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Maximize guest experience and ensure service excellence.
• Direct and coordinate front desk, housekeeping, reservations, guest services, security, and maintenance departments.
• Optimize ADR and occupancy levels.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and SOPs.
• Participate in the Manager on Duty program and mentor staff.
