Job summary

CALIBRE is seeking a Contract Installation Manager (CIM) to lead Army Transition Assistance Program operations at an assigned installation in Virginia. You will supervise TAP staff, coordinate with Government personnel and stakeholders, ensure service quality, and maintain compliance with Army TAP requirements and contract standards.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP) in career counseling, transition assistance, workforce development, military personnel support, education, human services, or a related field.
Experience coordinating schedules, personnel, stakeholder activities, and customer-facing operations.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day Army TAP operations at the installation and serve as the primary contractor point of contact with Government personnel and stakeholders.
Supervise staff, monitor program performance, and ensure service quality and contract compliance.
Coordinate workshops, counseling sessions, financial counseling services, Capstone activities, and hiring events.
