Job summary

CALIBRE Systems Inc. is seeking a Contract Installation Manager (CIM) to lead Army Transition Assistance Program operations at a designated installation, serving as the primary contractor liaison with Government personnel and command leadership.

You will supervise TAP Center staff, coordinate workshops and counseling, ensure compliance with Army policies, and monitor performance to deliver high-quality transition services to Soldiers preparing for civilian life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP) experience or related field.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day TAP Center operations at an assigned installation.
• Supervise counselors and staff, assign workloads, monitor performance.
• Coordinate workshops, counseling sessions, financial counseling, Capstone activities, and hiring events.
• Ensure services align with Army TAP policies, curriculum, and standards.
• Maintain attendance records, appointments, and site-level reporting.
• Provide weekly updates to Regional Leadership on progress and risks.
• Manage facility, equipment, and access issues; ensure smooth operations.
• Support onboarding, CAC/badging, and local knowledge transfer activities.
• Perform counseling/facilitator duties as needed to maintain service continuity.
