Job summary

CALIBRE is seeking a Contract Installation Manager to support the Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP) at an assigned military installation. The CIM leads day-to-day TAP operations, serves as the primary contractor point of contact for local Government and command stakeholders, and ensures service delivery aligns with Army policies and contract standards.

The successful candidate will manage operations, supervise staff, monitor performance, and maintain uninterrupted transition services.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead TAP operations and oversee staff.
• Strong customer-service orientation and stakeholder communication.
• Experience ensuring compliance with program policies and contract standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily TAP Center operations and staffing.
• Serve as primary contractor point of contact for Government personnel and stakeholders.
• Coordinate workshops, counseling sessions, financial counseling, Capstone activities, hiring events.
• Ensure services meet curriculum, Army policies, performance standards, class-size requirements, and customer expectations.
• Supervise counselors and liaison personnel; manage workload coverage and training compliance.
• Monitor attendance, appointments, data entry, and site reporting requirements.
• Provide weekly updates to Regional Leadership on outcomes, risks, and needs.
• Resolve site-level issues related to facilities, equipment, and access.
• Support hiring, onboarding, CAC/badging activities, and network access requirements.
• Perform Transition Counselor duties as needed to maintain service continuity.
