CALIBRE Systems, Inc. is seeking a Contract Installation Manager to lead Army Transition Assistance Program operations at an assigned military installation.

The CIM serves as the primary contractor representative, overseeing TAP operations and coordinating with Government personnel and community stakeholders to ensure effective transition services for Soldiers. The role requires strong leadership, staff supervision, and adherence to Army TAP requirements and contract standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing daily TAP operations and staff at a military installation.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to coordinate workshops, counseling sessions, and transition activities.
• Knowledge of Army TAP requirements and contract policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TAP Center operations, staffing, scheduling, and service delivery.
• Serve as primary contractor point of contact for Government personnel and stakeholders.
• Coordinate workshops, counseling sessions, financial counseling, Capstone activities, and hiring events.
• Ensure services align with approved curriculum, Army policies, and performance standards.
• Supervise counselors and liaison staff, handle workloads and training compliance.
• Monitor attendance, appointments, data entry, and site reporting.
• Provide weekly updates to Regional Leadership on accomplishments, risks, and resource needs.
• Resolve site-level issues including facilities, equipment, and access.
• Support hiring, onboarding, CAC/badging, and knowledge transfer.
• Fill in Transition Counselor duties as needed to maintain service continuity.
