Depot Connect International in Garden City, GA, is seeking a skilled Pressure Tank Mechanic to work on ISO Tank Containers. You will perform pressure tests, drain and dry tanks, and repair valves, gaskets, and gauges, ensuring safe operation.

Join our Garden City facility with Mon-Fri 8:00am–4:00pm shifts. We value mechanical expertise, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in confined spaces and at heights. Starting pay is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates will possess a mechanical background.
• Possess good communication skills verbal and written.
• Detailed oriented.
• Ability to wear a respirator be comfortable with both heights on top of tanks.
• Work in enclosed spaces inside of tanks.

Responsibilities

• Pressure test repair and replace valves gaskets and gauges.
• Drain tank and insuring tank is dry.
• Operate hoists cranes and precision measuring and testing instruments.
• Observe and listen to mechanical devices to diagnose causes of mechanical issues.
• Repair and replace defective parts inspect and adjust used parts.
• Lubricate and clean parts.
• Operate lathe drill press and grinders.
• Use hand tools and power tools.

Role overview

Working on ISO Tank Containers by pressure testing tanks drain and dry out the inside of the tank Repair and replace tank container valves gaskets and gauges

Position Responsibilities
