Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is seeking a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead on-site construction of tank projects across the country. You will supervise crews, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and coordinate with customers and subcontractors to keep work on track.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Problem solving and willingness to learn.
• Must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, and eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and lead field operations on PTS projects.
• Serve as the on-site contact with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity on the jobsite.
• Understand contract scope and manage field change orders.
• Promote safety culture and ensure crew discipline.
• Lead by example in welding, structural erection, and tank work.
