Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) in Braddock, PA is hiring a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to supervise on-site tank construction projects nationwide. You will lead the crew, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Expected to leverage welding and structural skills across tanker work, manage field scope changes, and mentor team members while maintaining strong communication with PM and HR teams.

• Ability to solve problems and suggest improvements to our systems.
• Excellent attendance and reliability required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to project needs.
• Be eligible to work in the United States and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and lead on construction projects.
• Act as point of contact with customer, vendors and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity on the jobsite.
• Identify and manage field-initiated scope changes and change orders.
• Lead safety culture and ensure craft knowledge across welding, structural work, and tank construction.
