Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) in Braddock, PA is hiring a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to provide on-site supervision, lead a field crew, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity on tank construction projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs and pass background checks.
• Valid driver's license; pre-hire and drug testing.
• Welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and on-site leadership for PTS projects.
• Serve as main contact with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity on site.
• Understand contract scope and identify field-initiated changes (change orders).
• Lead safety culture and ensure quality workmanship on the jobsite.
• Improve field productivity and keep projects on budget and on time.
• Balance customer satisfaction with profitability and manage scope changes.
• Share expertise in welding, structural erection, and tank construction.
• Assist recruitment and training of field workers.
• Ensure tooling and equipment are maintained and available.
• Record progress and communicate with PM and HR.
