Job summary

Phillips Tank and Structure is seeking an Assistant Foreman to support project coordination on-site in Kailua, HI. You will assist the Foreman, liaise with customers and subcontractors, and help manage tasks and safety on a variety of tank construction projects.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a willingness to learn. A high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift 50 lbs are expected, with competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with the Foreman and crew to ensure optimal service.
• Serve as the on-site contact with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Represent PTS professionally to customers and employees on site.
• Assist in task allocation based on crew skills, budgeted hours, and project sequence.
• Foster positive working relationships and resolve conflicts on site.
• Perform regular safety and quality observations and provide direction.
